dbITpro lead the Agile execution of software development, testing and deployment tasks to deliver 226 web services for VA's VistA Evolution project. This effort exposed a core set of routines from the FileMan, MailMan and Kernel packages in conjunction with the electronic Messaging Interface (eMI) for use at a local VistA instance.

VistA Evolution API Exposure 1.0 was accomplished using Java, VistALink, MUMPS and Jenkins CI to code, test, document and deploy the web services to Austin Technology Center (AITC). We achieved Initial Operating Capability (IOC) Entry and Exit on schedule.
